I sell my home in planning. I replaced the carpet in the playroom for laminate flooring. The carpet on the ground floor to be replaced. I need to know what sells best, carpet or laminate.

Do I need renovation phobia?
Now I work a lot of hours @ my own business, so I do not have time or much money for household projects. I am a smart, handy person who could physically do everything, but this has turned into a paralyzing fear. I would not ask this question of “mental health” category, because I really just want to wise words from people who do not project all the time. Thanks in advance.

I want to install a garage door opener, but is in the garage in the beam path. There is a large ranch with two car garage and the beam passes through the center of the garage parallel support for garage doors (in a bar in the middle of the garage between the cars.
